The Concept

Wild-harvested, handcrafted and ethically sourced, non-AI art. ORDINAL RAINBOWS is an NFT collection that fuses digital artistry with a deep fascination and reverence for rainbows as the fleeting and elusive optical illusions they are. Founded by artist ChefMyKLove, it's a project about hunting and harvesting these phenomena from everywhere all around us, using novel, self-designed innovative gathering techniques.

What Makes It Unique

This project depicts the fleeting illusion of rainbows and of light refractions in general. The rainbow hunting and harvesting techniques use an ethical, all-natural process — eschewing AI generation for hands-on light bending and artist-led digital manipulation. This creates the raw materials for inscription-grade digital art compiled into an engaging NFT series and minted onto individual Satoshis on Bitcoin's most authentic and scaleable protocol, BSV.

Infused with the vibrant inclusivity of the artist's queer identity, the ORDINAL RAINBOWS palette celebrates diversity while exploring rainbows as metaphors for hidden truths in ALL of us. Season 1 OG mint is targeted for Q2 2026, with the full game launching by end of 2026.
